Where is the light in your life? Do you see and feel light on a daily basis? These are important questions to consider; think about this both physically and metaphorically. There are many definitions for the word light; here are two from FreeDictionary.com. First, the physics meaning, “Electromagnetic radiation that has a wavelength in the range from about 4,000 (violet) to about 7,700 (red) angstroms and may be perceived by the normal unaided human eye… [the philosophical meaning] spiritual awareness; illumination.”
Without getting too scientific, words in the physics definition such as “electromagnetic” and “wavelength” depict this as energy that you can see, “perceived by the eye”. When you add the spiritual meaning you gain a feeling of enlightenment. You really can see and feel the impact of light. Have you ever felt physically lighter when a burden has been mentally lifted?
Unfortunately, dark energy is a force at play most everywhere in life; it manifests as a heaviness and reveals itself through negativity. Is this darkness interwoven within the threads of your being? If so it is time to gather your courage and cleanse this unwelcomed toxin.
Light is a powerful tool to have in your life arsenal. It truly does help ward away darkness.
StreetDirectory.com shares some scientific research about this, “Certain wavelengths of light can have different effects on living organisms… destroy bacteria [and] change the configurations of molecules. Alternating periods of light and darkness can cause different plants to fruit or flower, and can change sleep rhythms in humans as well.
Light therapy…can help cure, or alleviate pain, can also be used for cosmetic purposes, and is often used in psychiatry to relieve weather-related depression.”
If your life is dark, start in the shadows, clear the cobwebs. Shed some light in this space, free yourself, mentally and physically.
