Dark Discoveries magazine has released its 19th edition and it's an "Extreme Horror" special issue. It features new interviews with Bruce Campbell, Adrienne King, Fangoria Editor Chris Alexander and Deadite Press Editor Jeff Burk. There is also fiction by Richard Laymon (a previously unpublished story), Edward Lee, J.F. Gonzalez, Wrath James White, John Everson and Jason V Brock. Rounding out the issue is non-fiction by John Skipp as well as articles on the history of Extreme Horror, Italian "Giallo" horror movies and more!
Also, look for the launch of a digital companion to Dark Discoveries (starting with issue #20 in early 2012). These will be fully-animated digital files, using the same service as Rue Morgue, Fangoria, Famous Monsters do and others, and it will be available for iPads, iPphones, Androids, Blackberry, etc.
