Just like the Innistrad Intro Packs (Carnival of Blood, Deathly Dominion, Eldritch Onslaught , and Spectral Legions), each of the new Dark Ascension Intro Packs retails for an MSRP of $12.99. They feature a full 60 card deck, how to play insert, tip guide, and an unopened Dark Ascension booster pack.

According to the enclosed insert:

"Whether you prefer raising zombies out of fresh graves or stiching them together in your dank, dark lab, your mindless minions will soon conquer all who oppose you!"

With quick threats like Diregraf Ghoul, you'll get an early start on your opponent while Zombie Infestation can create an army at instant speed - discarding flashback spells such as Moan of the Unhallowed that can provide fuel in the mid game or creatures to enable an early Stitched Drake.

It doesn't matter if your threats don't live...or rather stay "undead" on the battlefield for very long because the deck's two rares, a premium foil Havengul Runebinder and an Endless Ranks of the Dead, can create a massive army of brain eating Zombies.

Relentless Dead Intro Pack deck list

There's a lot of choices for those looking to upgrade the deck. Cemetery Reaper and Mikaeus the Unhallowed can make your Zombies significantly more scary. You can seek to abuse the graveyard with Vengeful Pharoah or Havengul Lich . Gravecaller and Zombie Apocalypse also make fantastic additions.

At just $12.99, Relentless Dead (along with the other four Dark Ascension Intro Packs) provides an incredible value. When you consider that a booster pack of Magic cards retails for $3.99 by itself, then you're really only paying $9 for the deck.

Relentless Dead delivers true to its name, and you'll be casting and reanimating an unrelenting horde of undead creatures.
