"Danny Elfman's OZ: The GreatAnd Powerful Soundtrack Announced"

With Disney's highly anticipated film, Oz, The Great And Powerful opening this weekend, Intrada in co-operation with Walt Disney Records as announced tonight the release of Danny Elfman's magical and wonderous score for the film that was directed by Sam Raimi (The Spider-Man Trilogy) which should be a big hit with kids and is an interesting take on the Wizard of Oz storyline.

Danny Elfman is no stranger to being apart of the Disney family of films as of late with last years' Frankenweenie, which was directed by his friend, Tim Burton along side his other past works for the studio that include the children's films, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice In Wonderland and Meet The Robinsons, along with adult oriented films such as Dick Tracy, A Civil Action, Instinct, Dead Presidents amongst many others.
