Danny DeVito has joined Twitter.

And Danny DeVito has joined Twitter in a funny way.

People are really cracking up over Danny Devito's Twitter profile pic here, which shows Twitter.com/Danny_DeVito (backwards, we might add) as his URL.

That URL indeed leads to Danny DeVito's Twitter page here.

It was somewhat confusing to find Danny DeVito on Twitter, because a people search for "Danny DeVito" turned up fakes, and the underscore could be easily confused for a dash in the backwards slanting sign the famed director/actor is holding in his Twitter profile pic.

After regaling viewers with a drunken, entertaining appearance on The View in recent years -- would we expect anything less funny from DeVito?

We assume this is the real Danny Devito, even though his Twitter page has yet to have the "verified" seal as of this writing.
