After a sudden, unexpected separation last year, Danny DeVito and wife Rhea Perlman have gotten back together, reports claim on Friday, March 15.
According to People magazine, the longtime couple are together again after working hard on their relationship troubles and recently calling off their separation. "They love each other... Always have and always will," a source close to the couple told the magazine.
Danny, 68, and Rhea, 64, generated reconciliation rumors when the pair were seen together at the LAX airport a few months ago. Plus, Danny told "Extra" in a December interview that he and Rhea very still "close."
The reason for the initial separation was reportedly due to the distance that developed between the comedic duo in recent years. So, according to another insider, Danny took lots of measures to give Rhea special attention to win her back, the Radaronline reported.
"Danny has been moving heaven and earth to win Rhea back, and it has worked," a source told Radaronline, "It was a necessity, Danny kind of took Rhea for granted for a few years and their marriage went stale because of that."
The on-again couple married back in 1982 and have three grown children together.
