Danny Brown and Baauer Announce "Worst of Both Worlds" Tour

Detroit rapper Danny Brown just announced a West Coast tour this April. "The Worst of Both Worlds" tour will feature Danny and Baauer, a trap/bass/electronic music producer based out of New York.

Brown's version of hipster-hop makes him viable beyond the city limits- and we're not talking Ann Arbor. He has managed something that seems difficult to transcend as a Detroit artist. He has successfully broken through the confines of the city and infiltrated the industry.

A stark contrast to the pomp he wears- he raps about his circumstance. His words are realistic, rough, unapologetic. True Detroit. Brown conveys the pulse of the neighborhood, telling the stories that should be told, without categorizing himself.

Danny is currently working on his next album, Old, a highly anticipated follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2011 album, XXX. Old will feature guests artists A$AP Rocky, Kitty Pryde, and Purity Ring, among others. More details on that as they become available.
