Boxing promoter Damon Feldman, who arranged the 2008 fight between Danny Bonaduce and the Howard Stern Show's Reverend Bob Levy, has been arrested for promoting without a license and for fixing at least one of the six fights he set up during 2008 and 2009.
Feldman is also in trouble for operating without a promoter's license.
Bonaduce and Levy promoted the fight together on the Howard Stern Show in September 2008. At the time, Stern pled publicly for the two to call off the bout for fear that Levy would be seriously injured in the fight. The match ended with Levy knocked out in the second round.

Pennslyvania Attorney General Tom Corbett commented on the case Friday, stating:
“The only thing that appears to be ‘real’ about any of these events is the money that went into Mr. Feldman’s pocket and the media attention that he received. These so-called fights were staged without concern for the health and safety of the participants, a lack of proper medical care and with a total disregard for the professional standards of boxing in Pennsylvania."
Feldman was arraigned Friday and released on $50,000 bail. The maximum penalty for Feldman's crimes is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The Reverend Bob Levy is a regular Howard Stern Show guest and current co-host of the Sunday afternoon HSS spin-off show Miserable Men with Shuli Egar. Levy is also a member of the "Killers of Comedy" stand-up tour which includes fellow Howard Stern Show personalities Jim Florentine, Sal Governale, Richard Christy and Shuli and Wack Packers Yucko the Clown and Beetlejuice.
Levy is seen on the cover of Artie Lange's most recent comedy album "Jack and Coke".
Prior to his comedy and radio career, Levy worked as a semi-professional wrestler.
