Girl power ruled for this year’s Biggest Loser, with the winner Danni. The 26 year old from Wheeling Illinois and advertising account coordinator is now 121 pounds lighter with the title of The Biggest Loser and $250K.
Yes, life just got sweeter for Danni! She started at 258 pound and ended the show with a whopping 121 pound loss weighing in at 137 pounds at the finale. Jillian her trainer would not accept a hug from her on stage until “the moment Jillian has been waiting for and visualizing” was complete. That would mean Danni as the winner of this year’s Biggest Loser title.
It was a close race for all the contestants digging deeper emotionally and physically to find the new healthier person they can be. With families involved some lost as much as 100 pounds supporting their family member.
The guys were in it to win it. Jeff and Jackson both lost huge amounts of weight, and their story was completely motivating and inspiring with Jeff losing 181 pounds and Jackson losing 138 pounds.
Joe lost 147 pounds but still couldn’t clinch the at home prize, that went to Gina who lost 113 pounds and gained a new attitude.
The addition of the kids to the show this year was an amazing story of confidence and change. Bingo made the baseball team, Lindsay became a cheerleader and ambassador for NO bullying in school, and Sunny got into her fabulous dress with each inspiring their family and other kids to be healthier along the way.
Will next season have Kids? Will all the trainers stay on board? I guess we will just have to wait and see what next year’s Biggest Loser will bring.
