"Couples Therapy" is only three episodes into Season 4 and there is already serious drama happening. Farrah Abraham was apparently stood up last minute before entering the rehab facility and has remained solo there while the other participants have significant others. Eventually ex-boyfriend, Daniel Alvarez will show up and do sessions with Abraham, but he hasn't appeared yet. Fans will remember him from the last season of "Teen Mom" when he ended things with Abraham. According to a Jan. 17 report from E! Online, Farrah Abraham had no idea Daniel Alvarez was coming. Alvarez felt like this would help Abraham understand what went wrong and help her in the future.

There have been rumors swirling about whether or not Farrah Abraham was even in a relationship with Brian Dawe prior to the announcement of being cast on "Couples Therapy." Many critics and fans believe that Abraham would do anything to be on television, including making up a relationship. During her time alone with the other couples, Abraham managed to get into the bad graces of former "RHOBH" star Taylor Armstrong. There were several jabs taken at Farrah Abraham while in therapy. It will be interesting to see how the dynamic changes when Daniel Alvarez arrives and whether or not that will change Armstrong's opinions of Abraham.

Fans can enjoy more of the drama and therapy sessions each week. "Couples Therapy" airs on Thursday nights on the VH1 network.
