Danica Patrick raced today and fans gathered around the television to watch her. On March 3, Sports Illustrated reported that Danica hit the wall in her race, but walked away just fine without any injuries at all.
Her car hit the wall at the Phoenix International Raceway today and fans were worried that she was injured when it happened. She was able to walk away from the accident without any injuries at all. Protective foam even flew off her door so it wasn't there to save her, but she was fine.
Danica says that Nascar is doing a good job at safety. She hit the wall hard and walked away just fine. She was able to live to race another day even though it could have been another fate today for the woman race car driver.
She was in 26th place when she had her wreck today in the race. Danica Patrick only had about 100 laps left in the race. Fans are glad to know that she got away just fine.
