This hummus is so easy and delicious that you will be never buy another store-bought veggie dip again!
1 can drained garbanzo beans
1 cup tahini
1 8oz jar of drained roasted red peppers
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ lemon squeezed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried (or less if fresh) dill
1 tsp dried (or less if fresh) oregano
sea salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor add the beans, tahini, peppers, and olive oil. Start the food processor for a minute and stop. Add the spices and lemon. Blend. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
