Not only did each of the nine remaining celebrities share personal moments from their most memorable year on “Dancing with the Stars” Monday night, it saw the first 10’s given out to three couples. One of these couples received not only a 10, but overall excellent accolades from the judges. All that didn’t seem to matter, because they were sent home at the end in this season’s first shocker. Many of the stories heard throughout the night dealt with extreme highs and lows within their memorable year.
Now Christina Milian can also add the year 2013 as an example. She and her partner Mark Ballas earned the first perfect score of 10 from Len Goodman, who’s now returned to the show after a week’s absence. They were the first couple out on the dance floor with their saucy cha-cha to Cee Lo Green’s “Forget You.” 2010 was Milian’s most memorable year. It welcomed the birth of her daughter while enduring the breakup of her marriage. Other couples receiving a 10 from one of the judges were Corbin and Karina and Amber and Derek.
At the end the last two standing were Christina and Leah Remini. Leah and Tony received the lowest score of the night, 22. Yet, it was Christina Milian and Mark Ballas who scored the first 10 in week five of “Dancing with the Stars,” and received a shocking sendoff.
