It's been a rough few days for two "Dancing With the Stars" alum leading up to Super Bowl weekend. Michael Irvin and Warren Sapp -- who both made their living as superstars in the NFL -- are each facing some serious allegations for crimes against women.
In the case of Sapp, he was arrested yesterday after being charged with domestic violence in Miami. Facing a misdemeanor charge, the star (who will be stripped of his Super Bowl duties for NFL Network) will reportedly face off against a judge on Sunday.
As for Michael Irvin, the Dallas Cowboy legend was accused of rape in a new lawsuit filed by a mystery woman. She claims that the incident occurred in 2007 in a Florida casino. Irvin, meanwhile, has filed a massive $100 million countersuit, claiming he lost his job as an ESPN radio analyst thanks to the allegations and that the accuser is simply trying to capitalize on the publicity storm that is Super Bowl weekend.
Neither Irvin nor Sapp won their season of "Dancing With the Stars," though Warren did end up as a finalist. Do you believe any of these allegations? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below.
