Season 19 of “Dancing with the Stars” is coming up quick and rumors abound on which celebrity will be taking to the dance floor to fight their way to the mirror ball trophy. While viewers wait with bated breath for that reveal, another announcement has just been made on who will be sitting in that fourth seat at the judge’s table. It was officially revealed on “Good Morning America” on Thursday that pro dancer, Julianne Hough, will be rubbing elbows with the other three judges.

Hough was added in as a guest judge for season 18 during two shows. Of course, she caused some controversy with a couple of comments that she made to fellow dancers Mark Ballas and Maks Chmerkovskiy. She told Ballas that he seems to upstage his celebrity partner. That remark didn't seem to sit well with her friend. As for Chmerkovskiy, the two-time “DWTS” champ dissed him by her ‘phoning it in’ comment on him wanting to get back with his champion celebrity partner, Meryl Davis, during the switch-up.

Even though she may stir up just a little bit of trouble, the 26-year-old dancer, and now actress, may just bring some excitement to the ballroom floor. Some fans may have hoped that Maks Chmerkovskiy would be the fourth judge since he is not coming back this season as a pro dancer and had mentioned before that he would be up for sitting as a judge. However, it looks like ABC was more in favor of having another female on board to even it out.

It was up in the air after last season on whether long-time judge, Len Goodman, would return to his position this time around as he has said how hard it is to travel back and forth from the UK and the U.S. It could be that Chmerkovskiy may just fill in for Goodman as a guest judge when he decides to take some time off as expected

Hough told “GMA” that she is excited to sit at the infamous judge’s table alongside not only Len Goodman, but also Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. She also says that since the people of the show are a big part of her family, it only makes sense that she joins the panel.

Season 19 of “Dancing with the Stars” kicks off on Monday, Sept. 15, on ABC. The celebrity dancers will be revealed on “GMA” on Sept. 2. How do you think Julianne Hough will do as a permanent judge?
