Everyone always waits for it, and on the morning of Tuesday, March 4, 2014, the cast of "Dancing With the Stars" season 18 was officially announced by ABC. There always seem to be a few obscure choices in the mix, but this year doesn't seem as bad with NeNe Leakes, Drew Carey, Billy Dee Williams, and a whole lot more.
It's quite the interesting cast, and it includes a number of Olympians that will be dancing with the professionals this season. One of those making the biggest noise is Amy Purdee, a double-amputee snowboarding champion, who will be dancing with Derek Hough.
There are some new changes to the show this year as Brooke Burke-Charvet is out from the hosting team and will be replaced by Erin Andrews. Also, professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy is returning to the show.
It's going to be an interesting season and the hit-show will be back on the air shortly.
