In a shocking “Dancing with the Stars” results show Natalie Coughlin was eliminated despite receiving a 24 from the judges for her performance. However, prior to the “Dancing with the Stars” results the pro dancers paid tribute to the late Michael Jackson with an extraordinary routine with an introduction by La Toya Jackson.
Natalie Coughlin had been a favorite of Judge Carrie Ann Inaba from the beginning, however the fans disagreed which ultimately resulted in her early elimination. Also shocking was the other “Dancing with the Stars” pair in the bottom two, Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff.
Prior to the pro dancer’s tribute to Michael Jackson viewers were treated to clips from previous “Dancing
with the Stars” performances to his music, remarks from the pro-dancers and stars regarding Michael Jackson influence on their dancing, before his sister La Toya Jackson introduced the tribute. The amazing tribute included three of Michael Jackson’s famous songs, “I Want You Back,” “Man in the Mirror” and lastly “Thriller.”
Sadly, musical guest Norah Jones was a bit upstaged for the “Dancing with the Stars” results show by the pro-dancers Michael Jackson tribute and the shocking elimination of Natalie Coughlin.
Watch “Dancing with the Stars” Monday night as the remaining couples choose between the Jitterbug or the Waltz, and Tuesday night’s results show featuring Taylor Swift and a double elimination.
