As the "Dancing with the Stars" cast for Season 11 is announced, the media and "DWTS" fans are already fielding their favorites for the fall series. Airing it's season premiere on September 20, here's what the media is yapping about this season's cast...
"Dancing with the Stars: Season 11" Cast Call
Audrina Patridge (paired with pro Tony Dovolani) is taking the place of Tony's past partner Kate Gosselin. The reality TV star has tried for the past two seasons to get picked for the show and finally got her wish. Will she be as dreaded as Kate from Season 10? No. But that doesn't mean critics are singing her praises either.
"[She's] the new Kim Kardashian," writes TV.com. "As in, she looks hot in skimpy costumes but can't really dance."

Jennifer Grey (paired with Derek Hough) will be an adult favorite from her role in "Dirty Dancing". As an ode to late "Dirty Dancing" co-star Patrick Swayze, don't be surprised if a rendition to the old flick is recaptured on the dance floor. So does Grey have a leg-up on the competition because of her dancing days? Not quite.
"I have to walk through fear to go to joy," The Daily News quoted the actress as saying to EW.com.

Bristol Palin (paired with Mark Ballas) is already pre-determined to be the laughing stock of the show. Quite possibly the new Kate Gosselin, Palin will have fans in her corner and haters in the room.
Writes the LA Times, "Bristol does not possess even the slightest, most cobwebby version of stardom (not to mention any hint of hidden dance talent)." But the paper does rank her about Audrina. One point for Bristol.

Margaret Cho (paired with pro Louis Van Amstel) makes this pro dancer a lucky guy. Last season, Louis was paired with outlandishly, hilarious comedian and talk show host Niecy Nash. And he'll have more humor coming his way with Cho.
While most are looking forward to Cho's perspective on the dancing competition, Access Hollywood is giving her one word of advice. Don't drop too many "F-bombs".

Rick Fox (paired with athlete lovin' Cheryl Burke). Last season, Cheryl trained football pro Chad Ochocinco and this year she'll tame former basketball pro and Canadian Rick Fox.
"I like Rick Fox being paired with Cheryl Burke," writes OpposingViews.com. The sexy dances will be uncomfortably sexy and I just freaking love that. Boom chica wow wow."

David Hasselhoff (paired with Kym Johnson) is in for a good workout with pro Johnson. One of the stronger female dancers in the teaching, Hasselhoff will have to shape up to shimmy down while making a run for the trophy on the show.
While The Hoff's roast may have been a knock on his past mistakes, critics are gearing up for his mean dancing skills. According to MonstersandCritics.com, the Hoff and Kym make a good dancing pair.
"These two are good dancers! Comeptition too for Jennifer," writes the site. "The Hoff can cut a rug."

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino (paired with hot and sexy Karina Smirnoff) will surely make sizzles on the dance floor and may turn the family-rated show into an X-rated smush fest. "The Situation" has already been gearing up for fans by tweeting his GTL plans for the show. But what do the critics say about his jersifying of "DWTS"?
"Making for the hottest couple on the dance floor, Karina Smirnoff will be competing with Jersey Shore's Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino," writes The Daily Mail. "The pro dancer is going to have her work cut out as her reality TV partner will have to miss several days of training due to his filming commitments."
Other reports have him showing as a fan favorite for call-in's. MTV viewers loyal to the "Jersey Shore" will tune into "DWTS" to vote for the house's social diplomat.
Other pairings not buzzed about...
Other partner pair-ups that are waiting for the buzz include pro Lacey Schwimmer with Kyle Massey. Massey is the youngest of the group at just 19-years-old and may pick up younger "Dancing with the Stars" fans who follow the young lad in his role on the Disney Channel's "That's So Raven".
Pro dancer Corky Ballas will pair up with "Brady Bunch" star Florence Henderson and Maksim Chmerkovsky will get singer, Brandy. Chelsie Hightower will coach old timer Michael Bolton and Anna Trebunskaya will take on football pro Kurt Warner.
