It looks like third time could very well be a charm for "Baywatch" star David Hasselhoff -- he's popped the question yet again to girlfriend Hayley Roberts.
The former "America's Got Talent" judge and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant was in Sydney, Australia when he made this new proposal -- but at this moment, there's no word on whether or not Roberts said "yes." (She has previously turned him down twice, largely due to the two of them not knowing each other well enough.)
These two certainly have an interesting story -- Roberts is a Welsh model, and the two reportedly first met when the Hoff was working on "Britain's Got Talent" last year and she tried to ask for his autograph.
