Although "The Bachelor" spoiler king Reality Steve Carbone insisted in a recent blog post that Sean Lowe would join the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" 2013, fans were perplexed when no announcement came during the March 11 "After the Final Rose" special. But according to a March 11 Hollywood Life article, Lowe will participate, and the big reveal is set for the March 12 edition of "Good Morning America."
The report quotes an unnamed source close to Lowe who claims that the blonde haired, blue eyed Texan didn't talk "DWTS" during the "ATFR" episode, which aired moments after viewers saw him propose to Catherine Giudici, because he needed to "respect" the reality dating show.
The article further confirmed that Lowe would dance with former "DWTS" pro champion Peta Murgatroyd, a stunning blonde who was most recently paired with French actor Gilles Marini. Murgatroyd's alleged participation isn't surprising, given that she took part in a promotional video for the new season featuring Pitbull and the 11 other professional dancers.
Other celebrities preparing to dance for the Mirrorball trophy include country superstar Wynonna Judd, iconic figure skater Dorothy Hamill, Superbowl champion Jacoby Jones, Disney actress Zendaya Coleman, comedians D. L. Hughley and Andy Dick, boxer Victor Ortiz, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, reality star Lisa Vanderpump, soap actor Ingo Rademacher and former "American Idol" contestant Kellie Pickler.
"Dancing with the Stars" 2013 premieres March 18 on ABC.
