"Dancing with the Stars" 2013 list of celebrities and pairings released today

“Dancing with the Stars” 2013 has released the names of their new cast, which offers a wide variety of celebrities from singers to comedians. According to Xfinity on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, the cast was announced on “Good Morning America” this morning and the celebrities include two former Olympic stars, a cast member from “Real Housewives” and even a favorite from “American Idol.

The new 11 cast members are ready to go and anxious to start their dance routines. Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet were on “Good Morning America” this morning for the unveiling of the new “Dancing with the Stars” celebrity names.

Here are the celebrities for the 2013 season of the show and their partners:

*Country singer Wynonna Judd is paired with Tony Dovolani

*Comedian D.L. Hughley is paired with Cheryl Burke

*Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones is paired with Karina Smirnoff

*“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump is paired with a new “DWTS” pro dancer Gleb Savchenko

*Comedian Andy Dick is paired with new “DWTS” pro dancer Sharna Burgess
*Professional boxer Victor “Vicious” Ortiz is paired with new “DWTS” pro dancer Lindsay Arnold

*Disney star Zendaya Coleman (“Shake It Up!“) is paired with Val Chmerkovskiy

*Olympic gold-medal winning gymnast Aly Raisman is paired with Mark Ballas

*Soap star Ingo Rademacher (“General Hospital“) is paired with Kym Johnson

*Former “American Idol” finalist, country singer Kellie Pickler is paired with Derek Hough

* Olympic figure skating legend Dorothy Hamill is paired with Tristan McManus

Three new pro-dancers join the cast this season. With two Olympians and one NFL Super Bowl superstar as just a few of the celebrities dancing this season, the energy level should be high. These folks are familiar with work outs that last all day long, so dancing in a competition should be a piece of cake for them as far as mustering up the stamina.

As far as gracefully learning the dance steps, well that’s another story. It will be interesting to see how these sports stars take to the intricate dance moves needed for success on “Dancing with the Stars.”

With the country music stars, they are used to learning the dance steps for their music videos, but they might not be used to the grueling practices, which for sure would wear the average person out.
