The fans of Dancing With the Stars got a dose of energy when the lights of the studio turned on and the cameras starting filming. With the dance professional offers a well-choreographed routine, the pairs currently in completion showed off all their zest and style in the first few minutes of the reality show on Monday night. According to US Weekly the first task at hand for the show was eliminating a couple, but the fans quickly learned that two couples were going home after a surprise announcement.

Not wanting to focus too much on who might go home and who would stay, the celebrities quickly transformed the ballroom into a high energy performance. The moves were choreographed by Mandy Moore and she did a lovely job highlighting all the celebrities while still offering a look at some family footwork (and shiny gowns.)

While this is only the second week of competition, but the show has really kept a focus on the dancing with the celebrities. Different from other seasons, fans get to see their favored couple in action as everyone participates. It’s awesome to see how the skills of the stars have improved.

Take a look at the video clip of the Dancing With the Stars group performance. Didn't everyone look lovely?
