FAnm (Fanm ayisyen nan Miyami) is a non- profit organization located in the heart of Little Haiti. It was founded in 1991 by Marleine Bastien. The agency involvement broaden as the years pass yet the message of empowerment remains the same.

Ms. Bastien is known as the woman of action and empowerment in the Haitian-American Community. She is well admired by the rest of the communities as well. Her bravery, courage and restless assistance to improve social and political empowerment for the Haitian women and families are always newsworthy. It is important to note that Ms. Bastien sacrificed a lot to put this agency where it is today. There were some very sacrificial years with no pay. Ms Bastien is dedicated leader and probably the voice of the Haitian-American community.
