I can't think of a more whacky video than the following where a ricer crashes his car after doing a shirtless disco on the roof. What appears to be a holiday celebration turns into a drunk charade of roof dancing and a front wheel drive burnout gone bad. I'm not sure which is more funny; the fact the dude is dancing shirtless for his friends on the roof of a car, or watching him wreck after doing this little jig.
This is classic hoonage at it's finest. We've got laughter, chaos, cars, and a bunch of dudes screwing off. Hoonage is the great past time that brings us all together no matter race, creed, or geological location. We all do it, and that's the beauty of a good hooning. Even though he wrecked, it's safe to say the jovial spirit continued through the day. That's the miracle of hoonage live at work! This is probably one of the funniest DUI PSA's ever. Don't drink and drive, because you'll end up here for the world to laugh at.
