Earlier today, manga publisher Seven Seas confirmed plans to release two new “Dance in the Vampire Bund” doujinshi collections, straight from creator Nozomu Tamaki, in North America later this year.
“Dance in the Vampire: Forgotten Tales” collects 192 pages of previously uncollected manga, along with other bonus material. The collection will be available in June of 2014.
Due out in October of 2014, “Dance in the Vampire Bund: Secret Chronicles”, features 280 pages of previously unpublished canonical short-stories, in addition to an assortment of bonus material. The short-stories were overseen and illustrated by series creator Nozomu Tamaki himself.
The two collections were originally available as ten thin, individual volumes at Comiket, the largest comic book fair in the world. As event exclusives, they are being made available to the general public for the first time, inside or outside of Japan.
In addition to omnibus collections for “Dance in the Vampire Bund”, Seven Seas is also releasing the additional series, “Dive in the Vampire Bund” and “Dance in the Vampire Bund: The Memories of Sledgehammer”.
