Dana White disses Mayweather DWTS style of not fighting
Dana White doesn't think anyone who wants to see a real fight should watch Mayweather/Marquez dancing/fight in Las Vegas, they should ispend their money watching some real fights at UFC 103 in Dallas
White makes it perfectly clear his thoughts on the DWTS wannabe Mayweather. He says Floyd can't sell tickets without De La Hoya and Mayweather's fight is not interesting. White says the fans are tired of spending money to watch dancing instead of fighting.

“[Boxing fans] show up to see Floyd Mayweather not fight,” White told “This guy will run around in circles….you’re going to pay $55, $60 to see ‘Dancing with the Stars’ with Mayweather again. On that same night, you can all tune in [to the UFC] to see five great fights for $10 less.”
White thinks it is only a matter of time until the UFC starts getting the huge PPV that boxing does and with his business accume, I could not agree more. No one watches boxing anymore on TV, only the die hard fans and everyone wants to see the next UFC match. The UFC sells out, Mayweather still has tickets available.

More info: Grandmaster Gambordella loves MMA and loves the UFC. When he makes Funny comments about fighters it is to be mean to be humorous, and to point out funny things, it is called sarcasm. If you are in love with Fedor and other fighters and when someone says something bad about them, please don't take it so personally. The fighter doesn't know you and doesn't need your help in defending themselves from "words" in a column. dana white has a BIG point on this... as a boxing fan like myself.. we never wanted to see mayweather marquiz fight... again mayweather is ducking all the great fighters in his way and he only convince himself that the person that he choose sells more tickets than anyone out there right now, are you freaking kidding me. Mosley, Cotto, or more so, Pacquiao will make 10x more money than fighting Marquiz. Mayweather has been expose and he did this to himself.. boxing is not a boxing no more, only pacquiao, cotto, and mosley are the real fighters here because they never back down to anything. Mayweather is scared to fight any of this top fighters because he knows in his heart that he will lose. Believe that. Know that.
mayweather/marquez fight might be boring....but not pacquiao/cotto fight...they are sold out...dana white you are right but you are wrong...right for uno but wrong for firepower...boxing is alive and kicking...and ufc is as boring as it is..

Everyone knows the fight to see in boxing is Mayweather vs. Pacquiao.
Everyone also knows you just don't come out of 18 months retirement and step into the ring with Pacman.
Marquez, is a 'tune up' opponent who Floyd is using to prepare for Pacquiao.
But, go ahead and blindly follow that which Dana is saying to you.
But to Dana's credit, he's a little right.. Mayweather does like to dance around the ring a lot. And as much I enjoy watching guys like Anderson Silva punching and kicking and schooling people in MMA....
I'd rather watch Floyd dance in the ring with Marquez than watch two guys hump in the Octagon

Dana white is talking about boxing like boxing is a single guy. "Boxing is giving you the fight you don't want to see." Like boxing is the "person" who decides who fights and who doesn't. UFC is not a sport, MMA is a sport. And only people that don't really know boxing only wanna see Mayweather/Pacquiao. Anyone who knows boxing knows Marquez is just as formidable as Pacquiao, and hands down is a better boxer. And he doesn't take into boxing that unlike in MMA, a man can't come back from retirement and be expected to beat the p4p king without a tune up fight.

Dana is right we boxing fans don't want this running gayweather and jmm fight, mayweather only chooses this fight, he only fight opponents that he is 100% sure that his gonna win and chooses weak or small opponents so that his 0 lost will remain intact and duck those fighters who threatens him.
yes right it is better to watch UFC than watching JMM-Maywheather fight live...a 3 dollars pirated DVD will be available an hour after a fight here in the middle east.
