Dallas boasts many motorcycle riding groups and Wind and Fire Motorcycle Club is one that shines in everything they do. They not only exists for brotherly camaraderie, but one of the main passions of this group is to help support Camp I-Thonka-Chi Parkland Burn Foundation.
I-THONKA-CHI Children’s Camp is a camp where burn victim children can go and not feel like they're the ‘different’. At I-THONKA-CHI Children’s Burn Camp, everyone is the same.
Wind & Fire MC is a motorcycle club made up of Firefighters that organize several such runs each year, just to make sure this burn camp for children has what is necessary to carry on its healing work.
People that aren’t in the biker community, very rarely get to peek inside this clannish community long enough to really see what they’re all about. When it comes to righting an injustice, aiding an innocent victim or rallying around the hurting; bikers shine like no other segment of our society.
Tomorrow (Saturday, May 12th), Wind and Fire MC will be gathering at Willies Lounge at 1105 S. Beacon St. where they will begin a Seven Card Poker Run at 10:00AM. Throughout the day, there will be a Trailer Raffle and 50/50 Door Prizes.
The fellowship is always great with these guys and their ladies so go out and support an awesome cause. (see flyer on the left).
