The stars of the show Dallas were all seen on Sunday night at the 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Having Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray walking by live on the red carpet definitely was a sight to see, especially since the show was such an overwhelming success years ago. Starting a new show with the reoccurring characters, the series picks up where it left off later this year on TNT.
All three cast members also were seen on stage for a presentation for an Actor Award. Sharing the stage for only a brief minute or two, it was a unique experience as the actors weren’t just entertainers, but legends from a television series that is well known even today.
Over the years the actors have gone on to do other projects, both on television and in theaters, but later on this year the three return to the Dallas franchise to pick up the characters and act again putting the story years ahead in the timeline. Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing, Patrick Duffy as Bobby Ewing and Linda Gray as Sue Ellen Ewing will be fighting over love and oil when the series returns to TNT.
The three entertainers were crowd pleasers on the red carpet for sure. Showing off their threads and coming together to share the new chapter of Dallas for the fans, it was a chance to appreciate the cast of the popular show.
