And action! For Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, working with the press is all in a day's work.
But despite popular advice to "leave the office" at home, Romo is taking his job home with him, dating Dallas-Ft. Worth sports reporter Candice Crawford.
The former beauty queen is best known for winning the crown of Miss Missouri in in 2008.
While the Lubbock-born Crawford missed the victory at the Miss American pageant later that year, she has now reportedly won the heart of America's leading quarterback.
Romo, who publicly dumped former girlfriend Jessica Simpson on July 9 (far surpassing the advised 2-week rule) met Candice through her brother and actor Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl) shown below.
29-year-old Romo is Candice's senior by nearly 7 years, but the two have more in common than the Lone Star State. Both athletic, peppy and apparantly "into" football.
Candice has covered sports since college and covers high school and local sports station CW33-TV and is a volunteer writer for sports blog Midwest Sports Fans.
While Cowboys fans were breathing a sigh of relief earlier this summer over the break-up, Romo has wisely passed the ex-girlfriend torch.
Celebrity singer Jessica Simpson has now been linked to Dallas Cowboys team foe, the Washington Redskins. Recent reports link the star to Redskins quarterback Colt Brennan, but this doesn't mean Romo's out of the rough.
This year's stats will be proof in the pudding to see if dating an insider keeps Tony on top of his A-game. Because if he isn't, she sure will be.
