The best two weeks of the year are almost upon us -- The Dallas International Film Festival. Okay, technically it's only a week and a half, but there are so many movies packed into it that its hard to believe.
This year's festival runs April 4th through the 14th and will host over 175 movies. These will include not-yet-released films like the Jackie Robinson biopic 42, classics like The Sandlot and The Exorcist, as well as not-yet-released independant, narrative, and foreign films. There is definitely something for everyone this year.
Although the Prekindle Box Office does not open until tomorrow (Thursday, March 14th), the Dallas Film Society released the film titles, summaries, and the festival's schedule on their website. Plan now because some of the films are sure to sell out fast.
