You'll never work in this town again!

Which gorgeous and seriously well connected talent was recently booked for a half-day commercial shoot only to have the Production Assistant channel his inner diva and lash out at the lady fair?  The shooting went long and all hell broke loose when it came time for our damsel to leave for her next booking.  The PA decided the appropriate way of handling this matter was to raise his voice and dismiss the actress with a airy wave of his hand.  Not only did his action scorch any possible hope of estabishing a rapport with this woman, but the producton team was unable to book her for additional shooting due to the unprofessionalism that had been displayed.

Moral of the story:  Before issuing threats, make sure the person you are threatening isn't MORE well connected and MORE in demand than you!

Points to ponder:  How do you manage client expectations when the dreaded "scope creep" begins to happen and / or they act in a highly unprofessional manner?
