Sacramento weather was not friendly during the winter season. As spring approaches temperatures increase and it is easy to forget about the biting winter months.
Spring begets summer and Sacramento in the summer-time , feels like living in an oven almost literally; The ground outside becomes impossible for bear feat and even sandals/flip flops get uncomfortable when plastic and rubber melts between toes.
