If your goal is to lose weight, picture yourself in your new size. What do you look like? What are you wearing? How do you feel? Research suggest taking time to experience the emotions you might feel once you complete your goal is the best way to ensure completion of your goal.
"Picture it..." should not just be a phrase you recall from the sitcom known as the, "Golden Girls" but it should be the active process you repeat until you actually complete your goal.
