Many Sacramento residents talk about their "new love" for 2013. It seems that 2012 is considered a year of hardship and heartbreak and residents claim that they also left bad luck and sour lovers behind in 2012.
2013 came in with a bang and apparently, lots of hope for those who felt unlucky in love and finances in 2012.
