Daily thought: definition

When you add definition to your person, you promote the potential for expertise in yourself and whatever area you define your person to.

When one can define who they are and define their self into a role, the potential for self-development and awareness is heightened, self-esteem rises and one can began to polish their self into they know their self to be.

The best fit is the person you already are.

Choosing to polish the role to which you currently reside can allow for easier development when you decide upon growth in a different or modified role.

An example of defining self includes when one determines that, I AM a:

Mother, father, brother, sister etc. and polish their position/self in that regard. One may meditate and reflect on their role and work to bring their role to its optimal potential.

Moreover, one may determine that they want to be a:

Singer, writer, accountant, gardener, friend, organizer, community advocate, counselor etc. and one should work to include their current role into their potential roles.

In examination, it has been determined that the self should always be present in any and every role one seeks. One should take caution to not develop roles that cannot co-exist within other roles.

The art of blending one’s self into all realms of self will only lead to optimal health and wellness.

Meanwhile, having a self that cannot co-exist within all realms of self will only lead to identity confusion, isolation, anxiety, mental illness and harm to others.

In all that one is or aspires to be, one should also take care to ensure that no portion of who they are has a negative impact on others.

Such an ideology that one should take care not to harm others in being who they choose to be would not include person’s who hate who you are and are unfairly irritated by your success or began to break down due to witnessing your success.

However, choosing to be someone who only succeeds by hurting others will lead one to the same results as one who develops an identity crisis as such an individual who chooses such a life is not being true to self in choosing a lifestyle that does not uplift, empower or perpetuate the optimal health in self and others.

Such a definition is never a true identity as all are good at heart, all have good intentions at heart and anything otherwise is not in alignment with true self and is at worse, crisis in identity and/or definition.

Be all that you can be, all those things that fit easily into who you are. It is easy to get into what fits you. Get in where you fit in. Define yourself, write it down and then polish that definition by being your best self in being that definition.
