Stress kills without mercy and without bias. Whether you are black, white, yellow or red, a man, woman or even a child stress can kill you, or make you kill yourself.

Some signs and symptoms of stress are: headaches, fatigue, over-eating, problems sleeping, muscle aches and pains, irritability, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts are just to name a few.

Some things that might help manage your stress are:

Daily meditation every morning and evening in short spurts of 10 to 15 minutes each will help you get through the day and have better sleep through the night.

Daily exercise will benefit your physical and mental health. Walking 20 to 30 minutes per day will help you feel and look better. Walking in the sunshine will give you more benefits than indoor walking. Sunshine helps with mental health as well as physical health.

Setting up a fish tank in your office or bedroom with a few fish will set a very peaceful presence that will help you relax when watching your new pets. Simple and easy to care for with numerous mental health benefits.

Stress harms your body mentally and or physically. If you are too stressed out and are feeling suicidal you should consult your healthcare provider or mental healthcare provider immediately, don’t wait there is help if you only ask for it.
