Daily fruits and Vegetables contains high amount of Pesticides

Are you eating pesticides? Does your fruit smell or tasted different. The answer to this question would be yes if you are not eating organic products. According to The Environmental Working group, a U.S. non profit health organization most of the fruits and vegetable that one eats contains high amount of pesticides even after washing and peeling in some cases.
The group tried to survey and analysis different vegetables and fruits that we normally eat.
Celery, Strawberries, peaches top the list of the most amount of pesticide found. A stalk of celery might contain around 67 different types of pesticides in it. Onions, Avocado, Mangoes are some of the safe to eat fruits in the list of cleanliest analysed by the group.

The group also further comments that one could not just wash a fruit or vegetable to remove the pesticide as it is already in the system of the fruit thus would still affect us.

Would it harm us is the real question? A small intake would not but still research is underway if there is any link with small intake of pesticides and attention deficit diseases and other such conditions in small kids.

For now just try to curb your craving of eating those dirtiest fruits and try on eating more clean foods. That is all one can do in this case.
