Weather Forecast for Orlando Florida Tuesday Nov 24th 2009
Please read the connection between El Nino and the great 1918 Flu pandemic.
We have a developing low pressure system in the Gulf of Mexico which is expected to move along an old frontal boundary that is now in south Florida. The latest computer model guidance suggests that this system will move a little quicker towards the Florida peninsula increasing our chances for rain and stormy weather today and into Wednesday. As this system moves through the state and out into the western Atlantic, Thanksgiving Day and the holiday weekend will be much cooler and drier. Expect conditions on the sea to get worse and fire danger to increase this weekend. SEE SLIDE SHOW
Today will be another cloudy and rainy day in Central Florida. Our chances of rain will increase throughout the night and into Wednesday. Expect a chance of thunderstorms with some being strong later this afternoon. For our friends along the coast there is an increase in water spout formation with the increase instability in our atmosphere. SEE SLIDE SHOW
High temperatures today will range from the mid 70’s north of Sanford and to the low 80’s south of Kissimmee. Overnight lows will range from the high 50’s north and east of Orlando to the mid 60’s south and east of the attractions. SEE SLIDE SHOW
