Taste eight different meads, 4 ounce sample on draft. You will learn a little about each mead and it’s Meadery or Brewery while you enjoy your mead and light snacks.
Mead, also known as honey wine, is regarded as the oldest of fermented beverage. Traditional Meads are comprised of honey, water and yeast. Other varieties often add in another ingredient or two such as: fruit, hops, spices/herbs, wine grapes, apple cider or beer or Braggot. All the mead to be sampled, except for the Braggot, are gluten free.

Sunshine Nectar: Mead made with apricots
Nectar of the Hops: Intriguing blend of hoppiness and honey.

Zombie Killer: A Dahlia’s favorite. Apple cider with Michigan honey and cherry juice

West Bound Braggot: Not gluten Free A light grain bill with orange blossom honey, pungent Citra hops, Tasmanian pepper berries, and Buddha’s Hand, a fragrant citrus fruit, and then fermented this unique ale with a Belgian saison yeast.

Pollinator: Pollinator is a dry hopped (cascades) spiced blackberry hydromel.
