A man in Virginia is facing charges after taking out his shotgun and shooting it at his daughter's friends when they brought her home late. On Oct. 17 it was reported that Carlton Walker, Jr. was so angry when his daughter showed up two hours past her curfew that he tried to barricade them in his driveway. When they drove away, Walker fired shots at their car.
Walker told his wife to call the police because he wanted to have his daughter's friends "arrested for kidnapping." Ironically, Walker is facing abduction charges in addition to two counts of felony firearm use, and two counts of firing into an occupied vehicle.
It is unknown if Walker suffers from mental illness or if he's had any past run-ins with the law. It's possible that the victims could also file charges against Walker in the coming days. He is slated to be in court at a later date.
