Cypress Meadows concert features singer songwriter and dinner

Jay Howlett is an award winning singer and songwriter with a baritone voice.

That voice will be featured at Cypress Meadows on Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. as part of Jay Howlett’s Early CD Release Concert with Blah Blah Woof Woof.

Cost for the concert is $30 and includes dinner, wine, beer and dessert. Cypress Meadows is located at 343 Cypress Avenue, Moss Beach, CA 94038.

Howlett is known for his music and storytelling. A performer with a degree in theatre, Howlett writessimple honest songs about life in and around America and the experiences that bring people together and tears them apart. He is called a troubadour; a storyteller or a performing songwriter, who engages his audiences.

The limited edition of his latest CD If I Had An Angel includes all the tracks from the full release, several alternative mixes and a few previously un released solo tracks. His other CD’s include Carnival Lights, American Ghost Town and Jay Howlett.

Blah Blah Woof Woof are five performing songwriters who perform well together as alone. They are friends who formed a music co-op. In addition to Howlett, other members of h Blah Woof Woof are Steve Kritzer, Chuck McCabe, Megan McLaughlin and Rolfe Wyer

Cypress Meadows is a meeting and conference center adjacent to the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve on the San Mateo County Coastside that presents Friday night dinner concerts.
