Cynthia Bailey hasn't given up on fixing her friendship with NeNe Leakes. In an interview with The QC Scene, posted on Saturday, August 9, Cynthia revealed her hopes for her and NeNe on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

When asked how things are with NeNe, Cynthia said that viewers will just have to tune in to season seven, which is still filming, to see how the dynamics of their relationship has changed and evolved. Cynthia said that she will always have love for NeNe, even if they are no longer best friends.

While they're no longer best friends, Cynthia did pretty much reveal that she and NeNe made up. "It's a friendship. We had a rough patch," she said. She added that she's really looking forward to moving forward with NeNe.

So it sounds as if while Cynthia and NeNe are no longer as close as they used to be, viewers will at least see them being friendly with each other towards the end of the season. NeNe herself said that she worked things out with Cynthia in an interview in early August, although she didn't go so far as saying that they're now back to having "a friendship."

Cynthia conducted her interview from her husband Peter Thomas' new sports bar in Charlotte, Sports One Charlotte. She actually drove up to Charlotte from Atlanta to attend Sports One Charlotte's grand weekend opening with none other than fellow housewife Kenya Moore, something that caused a lot of backlash and concern from fans. When season six ended, Kenya was pretty much NeNe's biggest enemy on the show.

Could there actually be a possibility that in season seven, viewers will not only see Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes being friendly with each other but also NeNe being friendly with Kenya Moore? Will all three start hanging out as girl friends? Stranger things have certainly happened on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
