The E3 2014 plans for CD Projekt Red, the developer behind "Cyberpunk 2077" and "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," may have been revealed. According to a report from Gaming Bolt on May 28, an industry insider stated that the company is expected to show up during Microsoft's press conference on June 9. However, the same individual also admitted that the plans can change.

CD Projekt Red does have a history in partnering with Microsoft. "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition" was released as a console exclusive for the Xbox 360. Furthermore, a trailer for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" was also first shown off at Microsoft's media briefing during the Electronic Entertainment Expo last year.

However, a representative from the company revealed that the third main installment of the "Witcher" series won't be released on one platform first before the other two. He also confirmed that no DLC expansion is not going to be exclusive for any one version of the open-world action role-playing game. In addition to the Xbox One, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is also coming to the PC and PS4.

The sequel was recently confirmed to launch in the second month of 2015 for the PC platform as well as the PS4 and Xbox One next-generation systems. The development team originally planned for a 2014 launch before ultimately deciding to delay the release in order to add additional polish to the experience. Unlike the previous two installments, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" features a huge open-world setting for players to explore.

CD Projekt Red is also working on "Cyberpunk 2077," a sci-fi role-playing game. The new intellectual property was announced two years ago with a teaser trailer. Although it still does not have a concrete release date window, the video game may be in a presentable state for the upcoming E3 2014 event.
