Cutting edge of conservatism: Bill of Rights of Enforcement

The concept of Bill of Rights Enforcement is becoming reality as conservative legislators, representing the rights of their constituents, are seeking ways to protect the citizens of their states from excessive abuse of federal authority, in violation of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution, by the Obama Regime.

Conservatives at the state level lead peaceful political resistance of federal authoritarianism through Bill of Rights Enforcement

Just today, I reported here how legislators in Arizona are seeking to enact The Second Amendment Preservation Act to nullify and over-ride federal gun laws and regulations, that violate the Second Amendment, in Arizona. States are allowed to do this, under our federal Constitution, because of one of the most important parts of the Bill of Rights, The Tenth Amendment.

This is a great time and place to review the exact language of The Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Most areas of domestic public policy do and should actually fall under the state governments. And especially now as the Obama Regime seeks to exceed its constitutional authority and rule on everything, and control everything, from Washington D.C., it is time for our elected representatives in our states to stand up for our Constitutional rights against the violation of them by the federal government. A great way to do this is the enacting of legislation to protect our rights, and nullify any federal legislation violating them. This is the basic concept of Bill of Rights Enforcement at the state level.

As there is increasing citizen resistance against the authoritarian nature and policies of the Obama Regime in Washington D.C. we will see more efforts, like the bill in Arizona, to enact Bill of Rights Enforcement at the state level.

Likewise, the moves in several states, including South Carolina and Georgia, to nullify and overturn ObamaCare in those states are also instances of Bill of Rights Enforcement. These legislative moves are being advanced by conservative legislators in these states, not liberal or progressive Democrats, or even moderate or progressive Republicans In Name Only (RINOs) either.

While some have become disillusioned with politics, while seeing the apparently unstoppable march of hard left progressive policies in Washington D.C., this resistance movement should be a source of real hope for those who love liberty and oppose authoritarian centralized government the Obama Regime is seeking to impose on the country. The vortex of freedom is in the states, especially the more conservative so-called “red” stats, and Bill of Rights Enforcement is the blueprint for restoring liberty.
