If you buy a product and then need to return it you will fare best at Walmart according to a survey of shoppers across 2,928 retailers. The survey, conducted by Tada.com, also rated Best Buy as the worst store for taking a return.
The news was not all good for the Bentonville, Ark., retailer as they were also voted the fourth worst retailer for returns. This means customers either love them or hate them as respondents could rate them in either category or neither category.
The only other retailers appearing on both the best and the worst lists were Amazon.com. It is the fifth best and second worst. Target places as the sixth best and third worst while Macy’s is the seventh best and ninth worst.
