Cupping sucks and people love it, a spa treatment to know

The Chicago Spa Treatment Examiner shared an article some time back about Actress LisaRaye and how she demonstrated the cupping treatment as a holistic butt lift on her reality show. It was a popular topic and lots of hits and emails came behind this article. People in Chicago wanted to know more about cupping. Is it really a treatment for a butt lift? What are the other benefits? Well, if you call around to different spas in the Chicago area and ask for the holistic cupping butt lift treatment you may not find anyone saying they offer that particular treatment. LisaRaye’s reality show filmed her getting this treatment at MESO Solutions Beauty Clinic somewhere near Hollywood (see video and pass article at link below). But, the way this ancient modality works, it does help rid stagnate blood in the body, lifting connective tissue and this helps reduce the appearance of cellulite and help the blood flow, making the skin look and feel better.

This Oriental treatment has other benefits besides reducing the appearance cellulite. Cupping can be good for the lungs, and can clear congestion from a common cold or help to control a person's asthma. It is good to help the immune system, so you can fight colds and flu. It helps activate the lymphatic system. It is invigorating. This is why some say “it sucks but they love it.” You may have bruises from this treatment, but it is just bringing that stagnated blood to the surface. This is more prevalent if you don’t get any other type of bodywork done on the regular basis, such as massages and acupuncture.

Stephanie Maceras an acupuncturist in NYC demonstrated the cupping technique on the Spaweek YouTube channel. It may look painful but the person receiving the treatment said it felt good. They compared it to a deep massage. Watch the full video at the video link on the side. Leave your comments if you have ever received the cupping treatment in Chicago and share how it felt for you. We love testimonies here.

These types of bodywork treatments are not just beauty treatments but they offer good holistic benefits to help treat pain and release toxins.

Places that offer cupping in the Chicago area are listed on previous article with LisaRaye.
