Some may say that Sweetness Bakeshop & Cafe revolutionized the cupcake business by offering mini cupcakes for $1.05 and being one of the first businesses to take their sweets on the road. Whatever it is they are doing, it is working as Sweetness Bakeshop & Cafe now has two locations in Miami and their eyes on a third. Before meeting the bakers behind cupcakes such as Maple Bacon and White Chocolate Wasabi in next week's Cupcake Camp Miami event, Stephanie of Sweetness Bakeshop & Cafe answered a few questions about the shop.

How did you come up with the name Sweetness Bakeshop & Cafe?

What are your baking hopes for the upcoming year?
Hopefully a Sweetness #3.

What has been your biggest kitchen disaster?Forgetting I had the mixer on max speed and having powdered sugar go everywhere.

Describe your cupcakes in three words.
Bite Size, Delicious, Original.

What advice do you have for others who are considering baking as a career? It has to be something you enjoy so much, you're willing to do it for free for the rest of your life.

Do you do custom orders?

What is the price range for your sweets? Our mini cupcakes range between $1.05-$1.30 - the desserts in our store range from $1.00-$6.00
