Since opening its doors last year, Sweet Times Cupcakes & Coffee has made quite the impression in the cupcake business and on all the customers who have tasted their cupcakes. Before meeting the bakers behind Sweet Times Cupcakes & Coffee in next week's Cupcake Camp Miami event, they answered a few questions about the cupcakery.

How did you come up with the name Sweet Times Cupcakes & Coffee?
We wanted a name to convey a good memory in peoples minds.

What inspires you to bake?
Seeing the look on customers faces after biting into our cupcakes.

What is your favorite thing that you offer?Cupcakes.

What is your best selling item?
All of our cupcakes.

What are your baking hopes for the upcoming year?To open up store #2.

What has been your biggest kitchen disaster?
Dropping full rack of out of the oven and burning my arm!

What advice do you have for others who are considering baking as a career?
Whatever you think you know, you have NO idea!

Do you do custom orders?Yes, we cater for all types of parties & events, big or small.

What is the price range for your sweets?
$1.35-$2.50 (dependng on special custom orders).
