Bunnie Cakes

As a cupcakery, Bunnie Cakes is special in that the offerings are vegan and gluten-free. Mari, the owner and creator behind the vegan and gluten-free sweets, has figured out how to create a cupcake that tastes so good you would not know the cupcakes were vegan or gluten-free. Before meeting Mari and sampling Bunnie Cakes' cupcakes at this weekend's Cupcake Camp Miami 2014 event, Mari answered a few questions about Bunnie Cakes and her inspiration.

Luckily, I made it and I got rave reviews in my adventurous cupcake recipe!
