Cultural war incorporates spiritual warfare

It has nothing to do about rights, it has nothing to do about choices, it has nothing to do with tolerance, it has nothing to do about inclusiveness, but it sure does have everything to do about spiritual authority.

Naturally intellectuals insist it is all about intelligence and education, those pushing agendas claim it’s about rights, advocates of relativism bark it’s about choices, and those claiming individuality tout the freedom to do as one pleases.

All the posturing ignores the most important issue, and that is spiritual authority. Atheists and humanists don’t like to categorize their positions as being religious, however much of their belief system is based on a godless or religious free perspective. That in itself is a religious perspective since atheism or humanism are classified as religions. Human beings are given god status with a standard to self-direct authority.http://socrel.oxfordjournals.org/content/68/4/407.short

What has taken place in America is that the traditional religions should not be expressed, but the more liberal based humanistic expressed principles can be expressed. The intolerant card is played when traditional religious expression is attempted to be conveyed.

Notice what happened with Chick-Fil-A and the intolerance towards speaking for traditional marriage? Mayors of major cities declared it an outrage to even speak for traditional marriage. City councils began passing proclamations and even ordinances decrying the value of those wanting traditional marriage. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jamison-doran/chickfila-why-the-outrage_b_1747607.html

Recently the CEO of Starbucks told a stockholder that if they were for traditional marriage, Starbucks did not want their business. The political uproar over the CEO of Chick-Fil-A’s comments merely being for traditional marriage was massive. What fallout has happened with the CEO of Starbucks making a negative comment for those for traditional marriage? One can hear the crickets chirping.http://www.examiner.com/article/starbucks-ceo-if-you-support-traditional-marriage-we-don-t-want-your-business

It is no longer acceptable to have a moral stance on issues as abortion, immigration, homosexuality, marriage or even a religious belief. Unless a principle incorporates the values of the “church of liberalism”, tolerance is appropriate only if it agrees with this liberal definition.

This new spiritualism from the church of liberalism is impacting the religions of Jews, Christians and Muslims. Liberal interpretations have to be inserted into the platforms of any traditional standard or that religion’s standard is labeled “intolerant”. The message is clear, old standards are labeled rigid, intolerant and old fashioned while the new philosophy is labeled progressive without saying why. Progressive implies current and acceptable.

The battering ram that has been used is called moral relativism where the educational systems are indoctrinating, not educating, students into this destructive philosophy. By programming students that there are no absolutes, changes to age long traditional standards are eroding away to a new interpretation of what is right or wrong.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moral_relativism

It is the new philosophy that has secularized Jewish, Christian and Muslim believers into all-inclusive no standard guideline that has no meaning. You can have interfaith communication and cooperation because there is nothing distinct concerning this new secularized religion….that is as long as there is no prayer.http://carm.org/what-are-signs-church-becoming-secular

At an Interfaith Communications class, a college professor instructed the students to “stomp on Jesus’ Name” in a class exercise. One student objected and said the exercise was offensive. When he went to the professor’s supervisor to complain, he was kicked out of class. It is typical of the climate of many educational venues in America. You just can’t object to the philosophy of the “church of liberalism” without suffering the consequences. You can be intolerant as long as it meets the guidelines of the “church of liberalism’s” philosophy.

This inclusiveness has been exposed repeatedly when prayer “in Jesus’ Name” is systematically told not to be incorporated should prayer be used at an interfaith or political event. Unless you pray by the new standard required by this “church of liberalism”, then prayers distinct to one’s religion are rejected and suppressed from being used. Inclusive?, yes but only if it includes our standards.http://www.christianpost.com/news/police-chaplains-told-not-to-pray-in-jesus-name-77089/

Religious expression is being restricted so much the Civil Rights Council called an special meeting to address the issue of the government, businesses and secular entities as the atheist organizations interfering with the expression of religious beliefs. These problems have been growing under the so called banner of tolerance and inclusiveness.

Practicing godless standards is protected in the US Constitution and there should be no problem with that. However, forcing others to comply to your godless standards is quite an affront to Article One of the Bill of Rights. It’s a reverse of banning prayer from the public schools so others not believing in God won’t be forced to comply. Why are these godless standards forcing people of religion to comply? It is a clear inconsistency that has become part of the culture.

Forcing those with religious principles to bow down at the altars of any godless standard is an affront to the religious principles to those that have them. Abortion may not mean anything to those believing in evolution, however those believing in the sanctity of life and that everyone has a soul will have a moral problem with abortion. The moral question has been erased from discussion by those refusing to acknowledge how special human life is according to the moral standards of one’s religion.

Speaking for the Christian religion, there is a distinction and separation of good and evil, light and dark, and right and wrong that is required to take place. There is no gray area with an absolute God. The Jews and Muslims have their distinction that makes their religions unique.

Having godless standards mandated for those living their lives which are governed by strict guidelines is a disaster waiting to manifest.

There are many claiming Christianity; be it a church or individual. But there are far few that actually practice Christianity. Just because there is a cross on the front of the building doesn't mean it's a "Christian" church or organization. Jesus Christ warned that "many shall come in My Name...
